This year we had the privilege of honoring three important community leaders: Lalo Alcaraz, Silvia Argueta, and U.S. Rep. Judy Chu. It is thanks to these and many other leaders' work that undocumented immigrants in California and beyond have access to in-state tuition, financial aid, drivers' licenses, health care, labor protections, and other benefits that integrate them into the fabric of our state's economy and culture. We thank our honorees for making this year’s gala a huge success.
Relive the moment!
Check out our Gala 2019 photo album.
It’s not too late to support CHIRLA’s efforts.
