Our Workers' Rights and Labor Legal Services Department works at the intersection of immigration law and employment law. We assist with filing labor complaints and providing other labor services. We fight against wage theft, discrimination and harrasment in the workplace, and empower the worker to know their rights at work.

Family Unity
CHIRLA’s family unity team works in the family immigration area of the law to help keep families together. They offer quality legal representation to family petitioners as well as victims of crime applying for U-Visas and VAWAs.

DACA/Citizenship
CHIRLA’s DACA/citizenship team specializes in applications for naturalization and Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA).
DACA renewers can sign up to join virtual clinics on Monday-Friday through a link found on CHIRLA's Facebook page and Instagram bio. The link opens every weekday at 9 am. First come, first served.
